What is CannaBless?
CannaBless is a turnkey medical-cannabis export brokerage based in Thailand. Licensed Thai farms grow; we handle registration, quality-assurance documentation, export from Thailand, and air or sea logistics, and connect the farms to licensed importers in regulated markets. We are a broker, not an exporter — we structure and document the deal from end to end.
Who does CannaBless work with?
Three audiences: licensed Thai cultivation farms on the supply side; licensed importers and distributors in the served markets on the demand side; and international investors entering the Thai market through lawful joint ventures, BOI-promoted structures, or OEM production. Every engagement is confidential and NDA-bound.
How does the turnkey process work?
We register and prepare the farm (TH-GACP and export licensing), assemble the quality-assurance documentation pack, clear export from Thailand, and arrange air or sea logistics to the destination, where vetted partners handle import. You grow; we handle everything else.
Which markets does CannaBless serve?
Switzerland, Germany, and France are the priority markets; the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, and Australia are also served. Each has its own regulated medical-cannabis import pathway, and we work to the destination regulator's requirements.
What are the six DTAM export categories?
Under Thailand's Ministerial Regulation for cannabis export, the qualifying holders are: hospitals under the Sanatorium Act; herbal-product manufacturing or sales licence holders; drug manufacturing or sales licence holders; Category-5 narcotics (cannabis/hemp extract) licence holders; certified traditional healers; and cultivation sites supplying licensed buyers. CannaBless structures each export against the applicable category.
Is the foreign-ownership offer a nominee arrangement?
No. Nominee shareholding is unlawful under Thailand's Foreign Business Act §36, and we never arrange it. Our investor structures are lawful joint ventures and BOI-promoted investment, plus OEM production — real, compliant partnership structures, never a borrowed Thai shareholder.
What documentation does CannaBless handle?
The full export-readiness pack: TH-GACP registration, an accredited Certificate of Analysis from an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory per batch, a Certificate of Origin, and a Phytosanitary Certificate per shipment — the documentation destination regulators and importers actually ask for.
